
Scaling Profisee’s Global GTM Team Across EMEA & US
Profisee needed to build its EMEA presence from the ground up. The brief was ambitious: hire a General Manager for Europe, then scale a full go-to-market team around that leadership hire. At the same time, they were looking to strengthen their US revenue function with a VP Sales East—running a parallel search in a completely different market.
This was not a typical search.
