
Fullstory: Enterprise Revenue Leader EMEA
Fullstory engaged us to identify and secure a senior sales leader to head up Enterprise and Strategic Sales across EMEA — a business-critical hire reporting directly into CRO Phil Simpson. Working closely with Phil and the wider leadership team, we built a targeted longlist of 64 candidates spanning the most relevant enterprise SaaS and digital experience businesses in the region.
Through a rigorous screening and calibration process, we shortlisted five candidates for interview, each representing a different flavour of the profile brief so Fullstory could pressure-test what "great" looked like. The entire process — from initial brief through to signed offer — took just six weeks, significantly faster than the market benchmark for a role at this level.
The proof point came post-placement: the hire went on to achieve President's Club in 2026, validating both the calibre of the candidate and the accuracy of the original brief.
