Checkout.com engaged 2B to identify and secure an SVP, Revenue Growth & Head of Commercial, Europe — a business-critical leadership hire responsible for driving the company's entire commercial agenda across the region. Working closely with Checkout.com's CRO, we built a targeted longlist of 68 candidates drawn from the most relevant payments, FinTech, and enterprise SaaS businesses across Europe. Through a structured qualification process, we narrowed the field to six — each rigorously assessed against the commercial, cultural, and leadership criteria that mattered most at this stage of Checkout.com's growth. All six were taken to interview.
